Why Train at The Lab?
At Blue Banner Volleyball, we believe real growth happens through consistent training and intentional development. That’s why our athletes train at The BBV Lab—our year-round performance and skills training space designed to elevate every aspect of your game.
Whether you're learning new footwork, sharpening your serve receive, or building leadership as a teammate, The Lab is where you build the confidence, discipline, and skill to compete at the next level.

Tryout sessions will take place at San Mateo High School & Redwood High School.

Cost
One Tryout Pass = $49.00 – grants access to any or all of the three sessions.

💥 What to Expect for U14, U13 & U12
- Two official tryout sessions will be offered, with a third session available as a makeup.
- Athletes are required to attend at least one session to be considered for team placement.
- Want more time with coaches? You’re welcome to attend all three sessions!
- Tryout Pass = $49.00 – grants access to any or all three sessions.
Official tryouts for U14, U13 & U12 will take place in October 2025, following NCVA’s sanctioned calendar.
Hang tight—once U15–U17 tryouts conclude and the dust settles, we'll share details on upcoming open gyms and skill clinics.
