The Transcend Monthly Pass is built for volleyball athletes who want intentional development beyond standard reps. Each month combines individualized skill work with structured fitness training to help athletes improve performance on and off the court.
1-on-1 Training
3 Sessions
Each session includes approximately 40 minutes of volleyball skill development and 10 minutes of warm-up / agility work.
Group Fitness
5 Sessions
Focused on strength, agility, endurance, movement quality, and building the physical tools athletes need to compete at a higher level.
