Krystal Hin’s love for volleyball began at a young age and has grown into a deep commitment to developing the next generation of athletes. She began playing competitively at age 12 and went on to compete in four years of varsity volleyball, complemented by seven years of club experience that shaped her foundation as both a player and leader.

Krystal continued her volleyball career at the College of San Mateo, competing in both indoor and beach volleyball. During her collegiate career, she earned
First Team All-American honors—a reflection of her work ethic, consistency,
and high-level understanding of the game.

With six years of club coaching experience and a season as an
assistant coach for the JV team at Archbishop Riordan High School,
Coach Krystal is deeply passionate about giving back to the sport that has given her so much. She takes pride in supporting the development of young women—celebrating their growth as athletes
while helping them build confidence, discipline, and resilience beyond the court.

Outside of volleyball, Krystal works as a chef instructor and
private events coordinator for a small cooking company in Pacifica.
Her professional experience working with youth reinforces her belief in
patience, communication, and mentorship, values that strongly influence
her coaching approach on and off the court.

Her coaching philosophy centers on strong fundamentals,
accountability, and a positive yet competitive environment.
Coach Krystal strives to create a culture where athletes feel supported, challenged,
and empowered to reach their full potential.
