Carlos Chia is a highly accomplished and versatile coach with over three decades of volleyball leadership across national and international arenas. His coaching journey has included roles with Olympic-level programs, collegiate powerhouses, and elite youth teams. Carlos’s mentorship has impacted generations of players, and his reputation as a tactician, developer, and cultural connector is well-earned.
