The Transcend Monthly Pass is designed for student-athletes looking to enhance their volleyball skills, strength, and agility through structured, high-quality training. 

Details

Each pass includes:
  • 3 One-on-One Sessions (50 minutes each) – 40 minutes of skill training + 10 minutes of warm-up and agility work.
  • 5 Group Fitness Sessions (50 minutes each) – Strength, agility, and endurance development.
THE POWER OF 1:1 VOLLEYBALL TRAINING

Personalized one-on-one volleyball training provides a focused, tailored approach to skill development. With individualized coaching, student-athletes can:

  • Master Key Skills – Improve technique in hitting, serving, passing, or defense with targeted drills.
  • Accelerate Progress – Get instant feedback and corrections to refine performance faster.
  • Boost Confidence – Train in a supportive environment that builds mental toughness and game readiness.

FAQS

All training sessions will occur at our Blue Banner LAB at 940 American Street, San Carlos, CA 94070.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, with a 10-minute buffer for transition.

3 One-on-One Sessions – Targeted skill development. Your student-athlete drives the focus and key discipline they would like to work on. 

5 Group Fitness Sessions – Strength, agility, and teamwork focus.
